1.Equipment Overview
Automatic Disposable Face Mask Making Machine is fully automated production equipment to produce external ear masks.
This machine is composed of one set of Mask Making Machine Body, one set of connecting line (optional) and two sets of Mask Ear-loop Machines, it's one complete automatic disposable three-layer mask production line.
The cycle time of this machine is 60~80pcs per minute and the whole process can be controlled by operating on HMI.

3.Equipment Process:
 
3.1 Main body of Mask Making Machine:
Unwinding - ultrasonic compound - nose strip insertion - preloading compound - folding scene - preloading compound - ultrasonic compound - rolling cutting;
3.2 Connecting Line:
Automatically transport the mask body to the Mask Ear-loop Welding Machine.
3.3 Mask Ear-loop Welding Machine:
Feed the mask body into the machine - cut the ear loop in a fixed size - ultrasonic weld ear loop.




4. Equipment Features

4.1    The machine takes up small space with small volume. The whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, which is beautiful, solid and anti-rusty.
4.2    The output is extremely high. According to customer requirements, it also can produce 1 to 5 layer mask body.
4.3    The folding position and size of Mask Making Machine Body can be adjusted.
4.4    Compared with the production equipment of segmented masks, this set is more efficient and saves labor.
4.5    PLC program control, photoelectric detection, high reliability and low failure rate.
